All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to prepare, package, and process your items before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are carrier-calculated at checkout. Rates are determined by USPS for U.S. orders and USPS/DHL for international orders based on package weight, destination, and shipping method.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.
